Skania is the founder of HBCUMADE, a professional social network designed to create a community within the HBCU network and help corporations diversify their talent pipeline by connecting them to alumni networks at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). HBCUMADE is on a mission bridge the opportunity gap that is created upon graduation.
